Chance Basinger

Founder & CEO

Chance brings a unique combination of post-acute administration, clinical training, public service, and healthcare entrepreneurship. Before founding Cyrus Health, he spent years leading skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities. He saw firsthand how delayed communication and fragmented workflows affect patient care. Chance later became a Physician Assistant and completed a fellowship in trauma and surgical critical care.

That combination built the foundation of Cyrus Health. Chance understands what happens when systems fail patients in critical moments — and he's built his career around creating better ones.
